Our website counts page views and clicks on the online-ordering link by day and broad referral source, such as Google, ChatGPT or direct visits. This custom counter stores aggregate counts, not names, email addresses, IP addresses, full browsing URLs or persistent visitor identifiers. It uses browser session storage to remember the broad source during a visit and is configured to skip this tracking when your browser sends Do Not Track. Ordering links may include referral tags. Hosting and service providers may separately process technical data, such as IP addresses, browser details and security logs, to deliver and protect their services.
How we use information
We use information to respond to inquiries, help with orders and catering, consider job applications, maintain service quality, understand aggregate website activity, protect against misuse and meet applicable legal obligations. Information submitted for an inquiry is used to handle that inquiry and related service needs; an inquiry alone does not sign you up for marketing.

Google AI-powered customer messaging
If you contact us through Google Business Profile messaging where enabled, Google, participating carriers and relevant service providers process your phone number, message content, attachments and technical messaging information to deliver and operate the conversation. Google’s AI agent may answer using our Business Profile and verified online sources. Authorized MezzeMe staff can view conversations, take over replies and receive handoff notifications. Messages are used for customer support; sending a message does not enroll you in promotional texts. Google’s own privacy policy and service terms also apply. Avoid sharing sensitive information. Send STOP or UNSUBSCRIBE to opt out of supported messaging, or contact us by phone or email for assistance.
Retention and security
We keep information as needed for the purpose it was collected, related business records and applicable legal requirements. Retention can vary by record and provider. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online transmission or storage system is completely secure. Providers may retain information under their own policies, and deleting a conversation from one interface may not delete all provider or recipient copies.
Your choices and requests
You may contact us to request access to, correction of or deletion of personal information we hold about you, or to ask about our information practices. We may need to verify your identity; applicable law and required business records may limit what we can delete or provide. Where applicable, you may exercise other privacy rights available under law. Requests about a third-party account or information held independently by a provider should also be directed to that provider. You can manage browser storage and permissions in your browser settings.
