About these terms
These terms cover your use of the MezzeMe website and customer-service messaging. MezzeMe Turkish Kitchen is operated by Alamo City Foods, Inc. By using these services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.
Menus, prices and orders
Website menus, photos, prices, hours and availability are provided for general information and may change. Confirm current selections, prices, taxes, fees, pickup or delivery options and timing in the ordering platform before placing an order. Ordering, payment, gift cards and catering requests may be handled through Toast or another provider, whose applicable terms and privacy policy also apply. Sending a message or inquiry does not place an order or confirm a reservation or catering booking.
Order help and cancellations
For corrections, cancellations, refunds or problems with an order, contact us promptly with your order details. Requests are reviewed based on the order, preparation status, the ordering provider’s applicable policies and applicable law. These terms do not create a blanket no-refund policy or limit rights you have under applicable law.
Food allergies and dietary needs
Tell our staff about allergies and dietary restrictions before ordering. Menu descriptions and automated replies are not a guarantee that an item is free of an allergen or cross-contact. Please speak directly with our team about ingredients and preparation before relying on dietary information.
Customer-service messaging and AI
Where enabled, messaging from our Google Business Profile may use Google’s AI-powered RCS for Business service. Automated answers can be incomplete or incorrect. Ask to speak with a person or call us to confirm important details, particularly allergens, custom catering, prices or order changes. Human responses depend on staff availability; messaging is not an emergency service. Do not send payment-card details, passwords, Social Security numbers or sensitive medical information through chat.
Messaging choices
Messaging is intended for one-to-one customer support. Sending an inquiry does not enroll you in promotional messages. Message and data rates may apply, and availability depends on your phone and carrier. For supported Google messaging conversations, send STOP or UNSUBSCRIBE to opt out; sending a new message may reopen the conversation. For help, call or email us.
Responsible use and website content
Do not use our website or messaging for unlawful activity, harassment, spam, impersonation or attempts to disrupt service. Website text, branding and photographs belong to MezzeMe or their respective owners. Please request permission before using our branded content commercially.
Availability, third parties and your rights
We take reasonable care to provide useful information but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free website or AI content. External websites and services are controlled by their providers. Nothing in these terms excludes obligations or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
